EQUALITY SMOTHERED EMPOWERMENT (HK9)

This is empowerment that has been smothered. When there was some form of hierarchy then empowerment was ok, but equality came into the equation the stress was too great and empowerment was affected. Eg. In the military someone has to be in control and give orders, and this feels safe and secure for some who would go to pieces given equal empowerment to perform this function.

If we are not equal we are not empowered, which leads to inaction. People need to be empowered regardless of the circumstances.

This refers mostly to those things that interfere with our innate natural intuitive sense of empowerment, or those things that did this originally so we now seem not to have any. A person saying “I wish I had...” may need this correction.

OBSSESSIVE WORRY (HK9)

Original meaning of ‘worry’ in Old English was ‘strangle’.

‘Obsessive’ means ‘to an excessive degree’.

Obsessive worry can strangle a person on every level. It is adverse fantasy.

PRINCIPLES OF BEHAVIOUR (HK9)

This is similar to Principles of Authority (HK7) but specifically to do with behaviour. The behaviours may ‘feel good’ but there is a price to pay. Eg ‘always caring for others’ but this can be to your own detriment.
